Playing time is OK by Pistons' Stuckey
Second-year guard is flourishing with increased minutes in wake of Billups
trade.

AUBURN HILLS --Rodney Stuckey, in a relatively short time, went from playing
25 minutes to playing 40-plus minutes a game. How's that working out for him?

"It's different," he said, after scoring 38 in the Pistons' 98-92 victory
over the Kings on Friday. "All I do now is sleep. But I knew when the
(Chauncey Billups for Allen Iverson) trade happened I knew there was going to
be a lot more put on me. It's just all about getting better."
小史在星期五活塞以98比92勝國王賽後表示："這感覺很不一樣。我現在想到的是好好
睡一覺"。小史也表示說："當AI和比拉普斯的交易成定局時，我確實知道我將會有更多

Stuckey made 15 of 29 shots Friday. He scored or set up the Pistons final 11
points. He was 8-of-10 on free throws. He personally outscored the Kings' two
point guards, 38-4.

11分做出很大的貢獻。小史罰球10投8中。他自己便打敗了國王的兩位控衛，38比4。
"One thing about Stuckey, when he sees the opportunity to attack, regardless
of what play is called, he attacks," coach Michael Curry said. "That's how he
plays and that's why he's becoming a really, really good point guard. He is
picking and choosing when to be aggressive and he also gave (Allen) Iverson a
chance to be aggressive and he also set up (Tayshaun) Prince. That's what we
need."
嘎哩教練也表示說："小史只要看到有機會可以攻擊時，他絕對不會放過任何機會，這是
他的球風，也是因為這樣他正在成為一個很好的控衛，他的積極同樣可以感染到AI，也
幫助小王子不少，這是我們目前所需要的"。
Iverson couldn't have known too much about Stuckey before he got here, having
played in the Western Conference last season. But all he needed to know,
Iverson said, was that Joe Dumars and the Pistons organization had enough
confidence in Stuckey to trade away Billups.
AI在還沒來前一定對於這位小史不怎麼瞭解，主要是因為他過去球季都在西區打球。
但AI也曾經表示："我目前知道的，就是老杜與整支活塞組織對與小史有信心，才願意
放走了比拉普斯"。
"I mean, I knew what he could do just from seeing some of the spurts he had
last year," Iverson said. "It's just about getting the opportunity and I
think that (Stuckey's talent) had a lot to do with the trade happening.
Everybody was feeling like I was going to come in here and run the point and
that wasn't the case. They were already setting him up to be the main point
on this team.

Stuckey continues to be unfazed by his success. His mantra is to just keep
getting better. And to that end, he is developing a tear-drop floater shot
similar to the one Tony Parker of the Spurs uses. Stuckey scored twice with
that shot Friday.
小史目前的目標就是要越來越強。而在這一部份，他最近也在學習馬刺後衛TP的小拋射
，他在星期五那場用那一招得了4分。
"One of the things D-Walk (assistant coach Darrell Walker) told me was that I
was going to need that shot," Stuckey said. "I haven't really worked on it
much, but it's been falling."
小史也表示說："助理教練 D-Walk 說往後那一招小拋射我會用到，我目前還不是很常練
，但是開始有點效果了"。
