今天健保app切片病理報告出來了

SUMMARY OF MICROSCOPIC FINDINGS:
NOTTINGHAM HISTOLOGIC SCORE:
TUBULAR FORMATION: ＜10% [score 3].
NUCLEAR PLEOMORPHISM: Marked [score 3].
MITOTIC COUNTS PER 10 HPF: ＜10 [score 1].
HISTOLOGIC GRADE: Grade II (moderately differentiated)[total score 6-7].
VASCULAR-LYMPHATIC SPACE PERMEATION: not seen.
NOTE: The staining pattern of p63 immunostain supports the diagnosis. The
grade of tumor may change when more lesional tissue is available for
evaluation.
GROSS DESCRIPTION:
The specimen submitted consists of 3 strips of tissue measuring up to 1.6 cm
in length.

HER2 protein overexpression assessment:negative Score:1+
