爸爸前年脂肪肉瘤開完刀，已復發兩次了唉
都是開刀切除乾淨，也有做放療
這次三個月斷層檢查、我先看了一下app
翻譯一下感覺不太好
是不是又長了八公分腫瘤呢QQ 腎臟感覺也有問題脂肪肉瘤很難根治一直復發
爸爸也很難過….
一直很納悶明明三個月斷層一次，怎麼現在才發現又長八公分腫瘤呢…

A 61 Y/O male; recurrent left retroperitoneal liposarcoma post OP. Exam: CT of a
bdomen and pelvis with IV iodinated contrast medium. Comparison: CT on 2022-12-2
1 [Main findings]1. S/P resection of left retroperitoneal liposarcoma along with
nephrectomy and colectomy.2. Lipomatous tumor at left pelvic sidewall (~8 cm, S
e5;Im72), which extends to left inguinal canal (Se5;Im79). Residual tumors are c
onsidered, and the lesion remains stable. Also, few small fatty nodules are stil
l noticed in the left psoas muscle (Se5;Im43).3. No definite metastasis to liver
or other intraabdominal solid organs.4. No enlarged lymph node at retroperitone
um or pelvis.5. No obvious metastatic nodule in the scanned BLLs.6. No bone dest
ruction.[Other findings]1. Hydrocele of left scrotum.2. Renal cyst(s) in right k
idney. Mild pelviectasis of right kidney.3. Calcification of aorta and arteries.
IMP:Left retroperitoneal liposarcoma post OP. Stable residual tumor at left pelv
ic sidewall (~8 cm, Se5;Im72), which extends to left inguinal canal (Se5;Im79).
Also, few fatty nodules still noticed within left psoas muscle (Se5;Im43). No ob
vious distant metastasis.
